This vegetarian/vegan take on the viral Hot Honey Beef Bowl is made with a delicious, hearty and high-protein tofu mince – a satisfying, wholefood alternative to beef that doesn’t rely on imitation meats or processed ingredients. Made with crumbled tofu, spiced with my special homemade smoky taco seasoning mix, and pan-fried until golden and crispy, giving it a rich, savoury flavour and meaty texture. Paired with roasted sweet potato, creamy avocado, and a dollop of vegan Greek yoghurt, it’s a feel-good bowl that’s dairy-free, gluten-free, and simple to prepare. Want to make it fully vegan? Just swap the honey for maple syrup.
