This Dip Serves a Crowd!

Dip Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Seeds and Such Earthly Organics Peanut Butter Paste – HOT CHILLI
  • 1 cup of organic coconut cream or milk
  • ¾ of a cup of organic maple syrup
  • Juice of ½ an organic lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix for a few seconds until combined.
  2. Transfer into a serving bowl. Garish before serving and serve with Healthy Home-made Nachos.

Garnish Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of chopped roasted peanuts
  • Drizzle of extra organic maple syrup
  • A few pieces of sliced red chilli and finely chopped parsley (optional).

Healthy Home Made Nachos (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

(Serves 1)

  • 2 gluten free corn tortillas cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon of avocado or macadamia oil
  • Sprinkling of homemade Nacho Seasoning

Home Made Nacho Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon each of chilli powder, dried cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, pink salt and white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of smoked or sweet paprika

Method

  1. Toss the cut tortilla wedges with oil and a sprinkling of the Nacho Seasoning.
  2. Bake in a hot oven 180 degrees for around 10 minutes until slightly crunchy.
