
This Dip Serves a Crowd!
Dip Ingredients
- 1 cup of Seeds and Such Earthly Organics Peanut Butter Paste – HOT CHILLI
- 1 cup of organic coconut cream or milk
- ¾ of a cup of organic maple syrup
- Juice of ½ an organic lemon
- 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix for a few seconds until combined.
- Transfer into a serving bowl. Garish before serving and serve with Healthy Home-made Nachos.
Garnish Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of chopped roasted peanuts
- Drizzle of extra organic maple syrup
- A few pieces of sliced red chilli and finely chopped parsley (optional).
Healthy Home Made Nachos (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
(Serves 1)
- 2 gluten free corn tortillas cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon of avocado or macadamia oil
- Sprinkling of homemade Nacho Seasoning
Home Made Nacho Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon each of chilli powder, dried cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, pink salt and white pepper
- 2 tablespoons of smoked or sweet paprika
Method
- Toss the cut tortilla wedges with oil and a sprinkling of the Nacho Seasoning.
- Bake in a hot oven 180 degrees for around 10 minutes until slightly crunchy.
