This immune boosting turmeric porridge is a nourishing, anti-inflammatory breakfast that is gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. Made with Eat to Live buckwheat, quinoa and chia porridge, it is higher in protein and lower in carbohydrates than traditional porridge, making it a wholesome start to the day. Ingredients for Porridge

  • 1/3 cup of Eat to Live buckwheat, quinoa & chia porridge
  • 1 cup of organic coconut milk from the tin
  • 1 teaspoon of certified organic turmeric powder
  • Sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon & sea salt flakes

Ingredients to Serve

  • 1 tablespoon of bee pollen (locally sourced if possible)
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey (locally sourced if possible)
  • 1 dollop of organic coconut cream from the tin

Method

  1. Cook buckwheat, quinoa and chia porridge (according to packet instructions) in organic coconut milk, with organic turmeric powder, cinnamon and sea salt flakes.
  2. Once the porridge is cooked, allow to cool for a few minutes.
  3. Serve topped with bee pollen, raw honey and coconut cream and enjoy all the health benefits!
