DRY MIX

  • ¼ cup of COCO EARTH Organic Coconut Flour
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • Sprinkle of pink salt

WET MIX

  • 1/3 cup of organic Almond Milk
  • 2 organic eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon of COCO EARTH Liquid Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of pure organic maple syrup

FOR COOKING

  • 2 tablespoons extra of COCO EARTH Liquid Coconut Oil for frying

FOR SERVING

  • Organic Coconut Cream
  • Organic Banana
  • Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
  • Raw Organic Honey
  • Toasted Organic Coconut Flakes

METHOD

  1. Whisk dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. In another bowl mix the wet ingredients.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix with a hand beater to achieve a pancake batter.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of COCO EARTH Liquid Coconut Oil in a non-stick pan.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Cook slowly on one side for 1 minute, flip then cook other side for 30 seconds.
  6. Repeat until all the batter has been used.
  7. Serve your pancakes with organic coconut cream. Banana, cinnamon, toasted coconut flakes & raw honey.
