DRY MIX
- ¼ cup of COCO EARTH Organic Coconut Flour
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- Sprinkle of pink salt
WET MIX
- 1/3 cup of organic Almond Milk
- 2 organic eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon of COCO EARTH Liquid Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of pure organic maple syrup
FOR COOKING
- 2 tablespoons extra of COCO EARTH Liquid Coconut Oil for frying
FOR SERVING
- Organic Coconut Cream
- Organic Banana
- Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
- Raw Organic Honey
- Toasted Organic Coconut Flakes
METHOD
- Whisk dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- In another bowl mix the wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix with a hand beater to achieve a pancake batter.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of COCO EARTH Liquid Coconut Oil in a non-stick pan.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Cook slowly on one side for 1 minute, flip then cook other side for 30 seconds.
- Repeat until all the batter has been used.
- Serve your pancakes with organic coconut cream. Banana, cinnamon, toasted coconut flakes & raw honey.
