Gluten & Dairy Free, Vegan
Healthy, tasty and made using only antioxidant rich, wholefood ingredients to support weight loss and improved health. You can make the regular version or add a chocolatey twist. You will find these delicious pancakes featured in my Gluten Free, Dairy Free Weight Loss Meal Plan as one of the breakfast options.
Ingredients
- 150 mls of unsweetened nut milk
- 60g of buckwheat flour
- 60g of almond meal
- 1/2 a teaspoon of gluten free baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- Coconut oil and olive oil for frying
For a Chocolatey Twist
- Add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of raw organic cacao powder and 1/2 a tablespoon of coconut oil to the batter
Method
- Whisk together batter ingredients
- Gently cook in oil, turning half way
- Enjoy served with fresh berries or sliced banana and coconut yoghurt (optional).
