Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon raw organic honey
  • 1 tablespoon Best of the Bone Bone Broth – Manuka Honey Flavour
  • Murray River salt flakes
  • White pepper
  • A few tablespoons of water
  • Finely chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ a can of chickpeas, rinsed (optional for meal version)

Method

  1. Warm avocado oil in a pan.
  2. Toss in carrots with salt and pepper. Add a few drops of water and cook covered until softened and lightly golden.
  3. Remove lid, stir through raw honey, bone broth, and a sprinkle of parsley.
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste.
