Indulge your chocolate cravings with these healthy, delicious, fat-free Chocolate Fudge Bites. They are irresistibly fudgy, rich, and creamy in texture. Packed with gut-loving ingredients that promote health and aid in weight loss, these bites are a must-try!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium sweet potato cooked in its skin
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons of raw cacao
  • Splash of pure vanilla paste
  • Sprinkle of pink salt
  • 1/3 cup of raw honey or organic maple syrup for the vegan version

METHOD

  1. Roast the whole sweet potato in its skin until really soft and caramalised (around 40 minutes in the oven or 20 to 30 in the airfryer).
  2. Once cooled, peel and add to the blender with all the other ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Spoon into molds and freeze for several hours or overnight.
  5. Store and serve from freezer.
