This Chia Pudding is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, fibre, protein and antioxidants, supporting digestive health, reducing inflammation and helping to stabilise blood sugar levels. It is also rich in magnesium, calcium and iron, essential nutrients required for bone, muscle and hormone health. The healthy fats in the pudding keep you fuller for longer, without feeling the need to snack. It is gluten free, dairy free, vegan and features in many of our Meal Plans.

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar free maple syrup
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • Dash of vanilla bean paste
  • ¾ cup of unsweetened nut or organic soy milk
  • ¼ cup of chia seeds

METHOD

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Divide into 2 glasses and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, top with coconut yoghurt and some fresh berries.
